Inspiring the
Jewish Future

Engaging 40,000+ teens annually

Our Mission

To inspire in all Jewish teens the desire to grow to their individual potential as Jews and as members of the community.

It Starts With Every Teen

We believe the Jewish future is built one teen at a time. When teens have meaningful Jewish experiences, Torah-infused relationships, and the space to explore and grow, they can develop a connection to Judaism that is personal, lasting, and truly their own.

MORE ABOUT US

We don’t just build programs.
We build relationships.

Creating Lasting Connections

At the heart of NCSY are the relationships teens build with advisors, mentors, staff, and one another. These connections create a space for teens to ask questions, explore their Judaism, and grow. And they often last long after the program ends.

“Thank you so much for giving me and the rest of the New Jersey JSU Berrie Ambassadors Cohort the opportunity to travel to Florida and help someone in need. Not only was it an unforgettable experience in the sense that I was able to bond with people I otherwise would not have within the cohort, but more importantly, it gave me an opportunity to connect closer to God while working on a project that I loved!”

I Thought I Was Simply Going to Drive a Bus

Burhan, the beloved bus driver of GIVE Bus 1, surprised the girls with a handwritten letter sharing how their kindness had made the journey meaningful for him, too. The feeling was mutual: throughout the trip, the girls made an effort to show Burhan how much they appreciated him, even making him his own focaccia during a culinary workshop. Kindness, it seemed, was traveling in both directions.
