Within the next five years, NCSY envisions itself as a data-informed, continuously learning organization, with both the staff and financial resources to maximally meet the spiritual needs of Jewish students in North America and beyond.

Evaluate our impact
Align evaluation with our teen growth goals by reimagining evaluation through a point-of-contact system. This system will track individual relationships, religious growth, and program excellence alongside attendance, giving us a true measure of our impact.
Secure our resources
Reallocate resources to maximize our impact by creating a nationwide community mapping model. We will map every North American community and score them from 1-5 based on opportunity and results, allowing us to direct funding, staffing, and training programs to the communities of greatest opportunity and most effectively drive teen religious growth.
Develop our leaders
Continue to strengthen the pipeline by implementing career-focused tracking, improving onboarding, and expanding training and retention programs. This ensures that the talent we attract is nurtured and developed into the future leaders of our organization.
Attract top talent
Strengthen the staff and advisor pipeline by investing in advisor and staff recruitment across untapped channels. This focus on recruitment is the crucial first step to building a world-class team.
