Primary Implementation Steps

Implementation Steps Image

Expand Public School Outreach

  • Expand Jewish Student Union (JSU) Grow our premier club for teens in public, private, and community schools, including JSU Private and the JSU Global Campus, to reach more students at a lower cost.
  • Grow Domestic & Digital Offerings Launch more domestic summer programs as alternatives to Israel travel and leverage digital platforms to reach teens exponentially, with clear ROI-based evaluation.
  • Create Pathways to Immersive Build a clear pipeline guiding students from introductory club events toward deeper experiences like regional Shabbatonim and NCSY Summer, the youth movement's collection of summer travel programs.

 Deepen Day School Engagement

  • Prioritize Targeted Engagement Models Focus on single-gender programs like 4G (Greatness for Girls), our female empowerment initiative, and new high-impact programs such as GoodSport, which connects Jewish values with athletics.
  • Mandate Integration of Teen-Growth Drivers Require all programs to integrate proven drivers of connection: empowered Advisors, "Wow" Moments, Interschool Programs, Leadership Development, and Staff Investment.
  • Expand Immersive Summer Experiences Significantly grow participation in NCSY Summer by fully leveraging RootOne subsidies to make these transformative experiences more accessible.
