Laws of Servants

Mitzvah #42 We release an indentured servant when the law demands

Mitzvah #43 A master should marry his maidservant

Mitzvah #44 If the master doesn’t marry his maidservant he must help her become free

Mitzvah #45 A master may not sell a maidservant if he does neither of the above options

Mitzvah #46 If the master marries his maidservant he must support her and provide all marital obligations

 

Civil Laws

Mitzvah #47 The court must implement the capital punishment of strangulation

Mitzvah #48 We may not ever hit our parents

Mitzvah #49 The court must collect payment from someone who is guilty of bodily injury
